Sometime i knew that i kept a lot of secret inside my heart,

but the way to do so, is not only because of my selfishness,

is part of because i don't wanna hurt your feelings.

Told you, there was no one 100% perfect, until the day i have met you,

it proved that my prediction was totally wrong.

You are the best one,

and what you have done to me was pretty fine to me,

but just certain thing, i couldn't control my heart,

it hurts me sometime if didn't allow myself to express to you.

I don't mean to do so,

but i turned into deeply depressed.

Every tear you have dropped,

i'm very sorry,

but, i would like be the one and only one to wipe away your tears,

until we are old.

And i love you very very much.

The strong of my persistence, not a tornado can blow away that easily.

My Homemade おこのみやき～お好み焼き～Okonomiyaki 26th March 2011

Ok~ basically i did this okonomiyaki~ was because of my dearest 宝贝~ cos i promised her that i will made another japanese cuisine for her to taste. Then of course i need some practices before letting my dearest one, if not~ HAHAHAHAHA LOL~ so here is some of my masterpiece.

So for those who enjoy in cooking, here is the step of recipes

1st, please try to get these ingredients.

Step 1: cleaning the cabbage and shrimps, then slicing.

Step 2: mix well the okonomiyaki powder(お好み焼粉) and then put the Step1 ingredient.

Step 3: fry the Step2 in a flat pan.

Step 4: after cooking, drench a layer of mayonaise sauce and okonomiyaki sauce(お好みリース) for topping

Step 5: scatter the oanori(のりこうみ) or よろしい。

Last step: Scatter few bonito flake(花かつお)

Then DONE

ok~ this was what i have done a small surprise for my dearest baby.

actually tonight i have made her a bit bit unhappy, but because i knew that i can't cheer her up today, because i was in unhappy mode too, so the best way to cheer her up, is to do a little thing to re-gain her smile stick on her face.

Japanese Language Society - Japanese Culture Week

Ok~ My dear readers, before you viewing my blog, please have a silent-pray for the victim of japan Here you go~ I have a Japanese Culture Week event which held on 14th-17th March. Well~ It's all went well. The theme title was 乡愁(kyoshu), which means Homesickness for those Japanese that came over from their fatherland to another country.

This was the open ceremony of the Japanese Culture Week event, you guys can see they all wearきものーあぴ.

Here we go for our Japanese Culture Night on 19th March(Saturday), it was really fun, everybody was yelling and shouting especially came with fashion show *you know loh~ haha~ so many pretty girls were having cat-walking* and also the band performance.
